When we decided to finish our basement in 2009, we obtained multiple bids from both general contractors and individual trades for the work to be performed. We started with an idea of what we wanted to do in our basement (unfinished) regarding rooms needed, wall layout and finishes. However, we needed guidance on turning these plans into a reality with usable space. Adam was the only person who's bid who added significant value to our plan. He took our prelim plans and spent his own time drafting a new design based on our model with an eye toward aesthetics and construction realities. He subsequently revised these plans numerous times after several rounds of modifications. Through all of these revisions, he did not have a contract or receive any money (many of the other bids wanted to charge $1000 or more just for the plans). After multiple revisions, we arrived at a plan which we could all work from. ... More » Adam’s detailed approach to budgeting allowed us to make the most informed decisions possible. It was important to us to avoid surprises in the middle of our project and to have all the costs up front. He was the most accurate and realistic with his bids and was able to back them up. Additionally, the quality of Blue Sky’s subcontractors, both in timeliness and installation impressed us, they all seemed to follow Adam’s lead. - Mark and Lesa, Platte Park, Denver Dear potential Blue Sky client, We used Adam Rossi and Blue Sky Remodeling for the remodel on our home and were quite pleased with the results. We added about 1100 square feet to our 2400 square foot existing house, which included main level and basement construction, and remodeled some of the existing rooms. Adam is very professional and personable and stayed in contact with us throughout the process. He was easy to work with throughout the process and very reasonable in his bid. He did an excellent job of staying within budget and helped with money issues that we felt others in the project were responsible for, but would not take care of*. The finish product was very good. Adam came up with some amazing ideas for the layout and hired very professional subcontractors to do the work. The subcontractors were very respectful of our home and made sure to leave the house clean every evening. They were all very efficient and able to finish their parts of the project in a timely manner. Although we had a few frustrations with the tile subcontractor, Adam solved all issues in a timely manner. Adam assured us that the project would be finished in 6 weeks and we were able to move in to the basement in the 7th week. The final project looks amazing and high quality and we are very excited to be able to use all of the additional living space. We plan to contact Adam when we are ready to begin our kitchen remodel. Our new kitchen was finished 2 weeks ago and we've already recommended 3R Services to 2 of our friends. After speaking with Jim and seeing his beautiful portfolio, my husband and I thought his bid would be the highest. He came in at the middle of the bids we collected and the final price was within $100 of his estimate. We were impressed with the detailed, day-to-day plan of events he gave us at the beginning of the project and, by in large, he stuck to that schedule. Jim was very good about keeping us updated, whether in person, by email or by phone. He always promptly returned our calls (even when we called several times in one day!). He is an honest, friendly contractor who takes full responsibility for the job and his employees.
